In addition, the waterproof and breathable ePE GORE-TEX membrane is insulated to keep feet warm and dry in adverse weather or colder temperatures. The StraightFit Extra Last allows the big toe to assume a straight position, whilst providing more room at the forefoot and the ball of the foot. This brings extra comfort and also means that the Anvik II Lady GTX will still fit with thick winter socks. Inside the specially adapted cushioning sole unit, there is a polyurethane (PU) midsole. The Vibram® Trekking SF outsole was specially developed with a winter-specific rubber compound and benefits from a wider contact area for optimum grip on snow and ice. The Anvik II Lady GTX offers functional blend of style and performance for cold-weather conditions.
