Delivery Information

Mainland UK Delivery Information

​

Our standard delivery charge for Hit The Trail is from £4.95 & dispatched in 4 -5 working days, for mainland UK addresses or you can collect for free. Please note that multiple delivery addresses may result in multiple delivery charges.

​

If you need it sooner we offer a next working day delivery service from £9.95. Orders for this service must be placed before 13.00 on a working day. Orders placed after this time or at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

​

The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and International deliveries vary dependant on the size/weight/destination of the item/s. Please e-mail your wish list to us at info@hitthetrail.co.uk for a quote.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

​

Goods will normally be delivered by Courier or Royal Mail on a working day. Saturday deliveries are available, but do cost more so please contact us to enquire at info@hitthetrail.co.uk

​

You can add any additional information i.e. leave with neighbour, leave in porch/garage etc in the boxes provided at the checkout stage.

If we send you a Product that you have not ordered, please contact us via Email info@hitthetrail.co.uk Your statutory rights are not affected.

International Delivery Information

International delivery is available, please e-mail us to find out the cost. We regularly send items to Europe and the rest of the world - please send us an e-mail telling us which item/s you are interested in, along with the address you want it sending to and we can provide you with a quote.

All orders being sent outside of the UK are subject to duty and customs charges; the customer must pay these. Hit The Trail have no control over the amount of duty and customs charges.

 

It is your responsibility, as the importer, to ensure the correct rates are paid upon import and we’d advise you to check the values with your local customs office.

 

If an order is undelivered because the wrong details have been provided or refused, we reserve the right to refund only the items ordered, but not the shipping charges.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

- we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered; or
- the price or description of the products was listed incorrectly due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
- If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and refund any sum paid by you to your credit or debit card. We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for loss or disappointment suffered by you.
