Daniel Bought a new Petzl headtorch from Hit The Trail - came for the price - but have to comment on the exceptional customer service. The headtorch became faulty a couple of months after purchase. Easy direct communication and the team made sure that I wasn't left out of pocket. Always nice to have this kind of personal service. Janne I’m really pleased with the Thule Subterra Wheeled Duffel bag as I have been looking for an alternative to a standard suitcase. I love the design with easy access to the compartments and it turns out is a perfect size for a 3 week holiday to Thailand as it easily carries 20kg. After an awful experience with another firm that took weeks to delivery and false dates, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that delivered within 2 days and delivered everything they promised.
