I called and got some useful advice on boot sizing and availability. I ordered and the boots arrived as promised - in fact earlier than expected and well packaged. The boots have not had much testing as yet but seem pretty good. As expected from Hanwag. The initial size and fit discussion was correct. Plus the little bag of Haribo's was a nice touch. I'll go back to this shop as a result of the great service and delivery.
