Our Curry Peanuts are made from an authentic Indian curry sauce. It's a recipe we've developed over time, based on an evolution of Firepot's Chicken Keema Curry. In this curry sauce, we use protein-rich soya to soak up the flavours. We then take whole spices (cardamom, coriander and cumin seeds) and gently dial up the heat to ensure that the flavours that coat our peanuts are fragrant and long-lasting.
